The ornaments submitted by Ms. Siona and her students were thoughtfully designed during the previous school year, reflecting the culture, pride, and unique identity of American Samoa. Each year, the America Celebrates program provides students across the nation with a meaningful opportunity to represent their home state or territory through original artwork that becomes part of a cherished holiday tradition in the nation’s capital.

The National Christmas Tree, along with the accompanying state and territory ornaments, will remain on display at the White House through January 1, 2026. Visitors from around the world will have the opportunity to admire the creativity, talent, and cultural expression of young artists from across the United States.

Congratulations to Ms. Siona, her talented students, and the entire Pavaia’i Elementary School community for this outstanding achievement. Your contribution to this national display is truly commendable, and your exceptional representation of American Samoa on a national stage is a source of great pride.
